Creation of Kardham Investor Consulting

This new entity is led by Marc STRAVOPODIS and Eléonore THOUAULT-BANOUN who benefit from a solid experience acquired with leading investors, combined with the knowledge of KARDHAM Group teams in terms of user, market and trend knowledge. Supported by the architects, engineers, designers, planners and researchers of the KARDHAM Group, and backed by their cross-knowledge of buildings and uses, KARDHAM INVESTOR CONSULTING will act as an independent advisor, supporting the various teams of investors, throughout the life cycle of a building to identify the best drivers of value creation.

The team is composed of 5 people:

Marc STRAVOPODIS, Director, began his career at JLL as a business premises consultant, then managed the Ile-de-France West office branch before becoming Key Account Director. He then managed the sales department of SFL, a reference leader in the premium office sector, within its management committee. He joined NEXITY CONSEIL ET TRANSACTION as Deputy Managing Director, in charge of the key accounts department. Before joining KARDHAM INVESTOR CONSULTING, Marc was Group Sales Director at B&C France, where he contributed to the development of the asset management assistance business on behalf of leading investors.

Eleonore THOUAULT-BANOUN, Deputy Director, began her career as a consultant at Knight Frank, before becoming a partner in the Key Accounts Department of EXA CONSEIL. Eleonore then joined B&C France, where she took part in the launch of the investor advisory business, as a specialist in the management and marketing coordination of major operations.

Anne LUZZATTO-GIULANI, Project Director, began her career at BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE as a consultant in the Office and then Investment Department. She then joined NEXITY in Madrid as Development Manager (tertiary projects), then the real estate fund FTQ in Montreal as Senior Project Manager on development operations. Before joining KARDHAM INVESTOR CONSULTING, Anne was successively Asset Management Manager at CARREFOUR PROPERTY and then Real Estate Strategy Consultant within the KARDHAM Group.

Pierre ABRAHAM, Consultant, began his career in the Marketing department of BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE. He quickly turned towards the commercial real estate consulting business and joined the User Key Accounts Relations team.

Anthony GOUYE, Business Coordinator, worked at VALTUS TRANSITION, european leader in transitional management. He was supporting one of the firm’s historical partners and was in charge of coordinating all the divisions. He also participated in the creation and development of the VALTUS FOUNDATION, aimed at young people between 18 and 26 years old, looking for their first job.
