Large campus on the banks of the Seine
The Aviso campus represents an office area of 18,000 m² spread over 3 buildings and bringing together 850 employees, including the head office of Sony France.
Three modular buildings, 360° surfaces, optimized services, an auditorium, modular meeting rooms, a restaurant/co-working area, terraces, a vegetable garden and a private garden. Everything has been designed to live the green attitude and work in a more agile way.
Our Investor Consulting teams have been involved in various missions:
- Communication and marketing: Creation of a new identity, communication and marketing strategy, organization of events.
- Services: Optimization and repositioning of existing services, promotion of services to occupants and prospects.
- Commercial assistance: Market research and territory diagnosis. Marketing strategy and management. Tenant retention, lease renegotiations. Repositioning of the asset in its market.
- Renovation of common areas (lobby, restaurant, cafeteria, business center, auditorium, fitness area) and private areas (landings, corridors, offices)
- Digitalization (halls, auditorium, business center)

Its 945 sqm invite you to snack, have lunch or work at any time of the day.
You can choose your preferred space: cafeteria, bistro or glass roof.
You can also reserve and privatize the lounges and seating areas.
