Bluelink - Arcueil
New Paris headquarters for this major player in customer relations
Our Design & Build teams have fitted out the new Bluelink workspaces in the multi-tenant Osmose building, located in the La Vache Noire district. Between the shopping center and the Laplace station of the RER B, the building benefits from an excellent accessibility.
Its lease expiring at the beginning of November 2021, Bluelink wanted to move its teams to a new building in Arcueil.
The implementation of telecommuting and the emergence of new uses within the company have led to a transformation of the work environment, including a Flex-office organization.
The Osmose building designed by the architect ARTE Charpentier is a 16,380 m² building. Bluelink occupies 3,500 m² on two and a half floors of the South wing which totals 9,009 sqm.
All the workstations have been arranged in shared open space, respecting a Flex ratio of 0.5:
The first and second floors for the production teams;
The ground floor and third floor for the support teams and the management.
The design of the new Bluelink premises was carried out in accordance with their new graphic charter.
