Development of a real estate master plan for ESCP Europe campuses and detailed technical programming for the Paris campus
We supported the CCIR and the ESCP Businness School in developing a real estate master plan for all ESCP Business School Campuses by 2030. The Paris République campus was also the subject of a programming and AMO competition for the rehabilitation / extension of it.
The ESCP Businness School, the first business school in the world, wished to conduct a strategic reflection on its different campuses, with the aim of welcoming the expected growth in the number of students, of teacher-researchers, by taking take into account the new learning and working methods, the integration of digital technology and the bringing together of businesses and alumni in future campuses.
On the historic Paris campus, a renovation / extension should allow a new high-quality campus, open to the city and meeting high environmental requirements with certification.
