Our Consulting, Design & Build and Digital teams supported the leader in the distribution of household appliances, electronics and cultural products in the transformation of its workspaces in the Paris region.

After two years of health crisis and the massive use of teleworking for head office teams, it was important to support employees in the development of new hybrid working methods.
The teams were brought together on several sites, in Fontenay-sous-Bois in the Moove building, and in Ivry-sur-Seine in the Optima and Flavia buildings.

These spaces rely on flexibility, with layouts and rules of life co-constructed with Fnac Darty employees, and smart building solutions designed and installed by Kardham Digital.

A large number of collaborative spaces are offered to meet the new needs of employees, and to support the implementation of a policy of teleworking 3 days per week.
