In 2015, Kardham Gabiteco carried out an outstanding refurbishment project of its headquarters in Madrid. This project included the creation of office areas, meeting rooms, a phone booth and an office, demonstrating its ability to transform spaces and optimize their functionality.
The Design & Build process for this project was meticulous and involved several key phases. First, there was an architectural review and development of the project details. Then, construction management and coordination were another key aspect. Kardham Gabiteco was responsible for overseeing each phase of construction, ensuring that the work was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget. The management of construction permits was also an essential task, handled efficiently to avoid delays and ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
