Located in a privileged area in the historic center of Madrid, Havas Media's headquarters was designed to be more than just an office: it’s a center for innovation and collaboration. The first floor was conceived as an exclusive area for clients and events, providing a welcoming and professional environment for meetings and presentations.

Upstairs, key management and decision-making areas were located. The main cafeteria was not only a space to enjoy a coffee, but also a place for the exchange of ideas. The board area was strategically located to facilitate important decision making, while the open general management space promoted direct communication between team leaders.

Throughout the process, we focused on construction management and coordination to ensure the successful execution of the project. From construction to architectural review, we worked closely with Havas Media teams and other direct vendors to achieve the highest quality standards and meet client expectations.
