The project concerns the creation of a set of offices and business premises on behalf of the Lazard group, in the municipality of Toulouse, block 11C of the ZAC Toulouse Montaudran Aerospace facing the South Park.
It includes a R + 9 building with offices on 8 levels above workshops on the ground floor. Silo parking is included in the base of the building. It is developed over 7 superstructure levels. The project also provides for the development of a landscaped open-air car park for 120 parking spaces.
