The project takes place in the Corsy neighborhood, undergoing strong urban renewal, and allows different uses to coexist: shops, services and tertiary platforms. Its location makes it a focal point of the life of the district, a district which thus passes from the status of an urban periphery to that of a city entrance on one of the major axes towards Aix-en Provence. Large, clear volume, placed on an architectural concrete base, associated with colored slats, illustrates the energy of the activity it houses.
