The project covered several key aspects to optimize the work environment and boost employee productivity. First, the distribution of workstations was strategically planned, ensuring an efficient flow of communication and collaboration between teams.

In addition, 5 offices were designed and equipped for private meetings, providing a quiet and professional space for confidential discussions. In addition, 3 meeting rooms equipped with the latest technologies were set up to facilitate both internal and external interaction. Aware of the importance of privacy in a dynamic working environment, 5 phone booths were incorporated for private calls, guaranteeing the confidentiality of communications. For employee relaxation, a modern office was created, equipped with amenities and facilities to revitalise and recharge.

Project management included detailed budget planning, efficient execution of the works, procurement of high-quality furniture and smooth relocation. Strict cost control was carried out to ensure the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the project.

In addition to functionality, special attention was paid to the details of the facility to create an inspiring and motivating environment. From the lighting to the selection of materials, each element was carefully chosen to reflect Red Bull's identity and values.
