Real estate research and fit-out of the new headquarters
Combination of the holding company and some of the teams in a tower and sale of its current headquarters.
Saint-Gobain designs, produces and distributes materials and solutions designed for the well-being of each person and the future of all.
The group initially called on Kardham to search for real estate for a future emblematic site and to assist it in choosing the architectural competition for the definition of the future tower.
Our teams then supported the group in the sale of the former head office "Les Mirroirs", then carried out the interior fittings of the new tower in co-construction with the employees of Saint-Gobain, and finally carried out the modification work as a General Contractor.
