Kardham and Saraya Holding create a joint venture in Morocco

Kardham, expert in consulting and real estate project management, and Saraya Holding, a diversified Moroccan group present in particular in the distribution, real estate and furniture businesses, are joining forces to create a joint venture in Morocco.
This joint venture between Kardham and Saraya Holding lays the foundations for a strategic partnership, the objective of which is to support multinational companies as well as large French and Moroccan groups in their construction, rehabilitation, development or renovation projects. redevelopment, in Morocco and other African countries.
Through this partnership, Kardham and Saraya Holding are pursuing their growth strategies to offer their clients a comprehensive approach to real estate, including integrated consulting, planning and architectural services.
