Urban singularization vector
On the Avenue du Midi side, the project establishes an urban dialogue to which the recent refitting of the roadway system also contributes. The large canopy shelters the forecourt and creates the public space which leads up to the doors of the building. The amphitheatre suspended above the forecourt magnifies the entrance and underlines the public and urban character of the building.
This first impression is essential for the desired identity of this equipment.
With a staff of associated skills - acoustician, plastic artist ... the agency unrolls a singular architectural expression to give the project an image that corresponds to an ambition imposed by the necessary mutation of this type of equipment and to install the city of Agen in the competitive game of congress and exhibition cities. The ability of the new convention center to "transform" as events arise is an essential asset for its management and / or organization.
