Transformation of spaces & ways of working
BPRI acquired a 17,000 m² building located on Boulevard Auguste Blanqui in Paris and carried out a major rehabilitation program. 800 employees moved in October 2022.
The objective of the mission was to design the new workspaces, to supervise the architectural lots during construction, to support the transfers and, throughout the project, to propose a support process encouraging adherence to this new work environment, integrating the implementation of the Flex office.
