Extended Monaco is the Principality of Monaco's digital transformation program
The mission consisted in bringing together 4 departments of the Interministerial Delegation in charge of the Digital Transition of Monaco on a single site, following the new “One Team” organization.
Spaces have been decompartmentalized to change work habits and develop new, more horizontal, more collaborative and more digital managerial practices.
The workspaces have a floor area of 1,650 m² and bring together 150 employees.
