Our mission was to create an environment that would reflect the seriousness and professionalism inherent in their work, while providing a welcoming and light-filled environment for their employees and visitors.

The main design concept focused on creating a space that would facilitate fluid circulation around a central courtyard, thus maximising the number of offices available without sacrificing the feeling of spaciousness and light. In addition, the design considered the privacy of the employees given the nature of their profession.

To achieve a warm and elegant ambience, a colour palette was chosen that combined tans and greys in the carpet and natural wood, contrasting with the black profile of the partitions. Classically designed furniture added a touch of sophistication, while the modern louvred ceiling not only provided a contemporary look, but also hardware-controlled lighting, thus optimising energy consumption. Integrated individual sensors ensure greater practicality and comfort for all occupants.

In addition, this project focused on creating additional spaces that encourage comfort and collaboration among employees. A stylish and fun office provides a place for relaxation and interaction, while a magnificent terrace offers an outdoor oasis for informal meetings or simply enjoying the Madrid sunshine.

The project was carried out in several stages, dividing the space into offices, meeting rooms, operational area, and common areas. We carried out everything from the architectural review to the development of the project details, as well as the management and coordination of the works. We also ensured that every aspect met the highest standards of quality and functionality.
