Fit-out of a new open and friendly campus in Montpellier

The project consisted of bringing together teams from 5 Montpellier sites on a new campus. The arrangements should allow for merger by business and more flexibility, in particular by moving from fixed positions and private offices to a dynamic environment.
The campus is composed of a new building on 4 levels, around a large reception hall completely open to the outside and on which rests a large central and shaded terrace.
For these new 100% flex office workspaces - a first for Orange! - the spirit of the group has been developed through 3 concepts:
- air: a fluid and dynamic environment that evokes air traveling freely
- local roots: enhancement of Montpellier and its region, via a reminder of the alleys of the city center, the materials present in the urban and natural environment, or the principle of plots
- "happy" atmosphere: proximity and humanity are the key words of the Orange spirit to design informal and convivial spaces
