Our teams have supported the telecommunications leader in bringing together 600 group employees on a new site, who have so far been spread over 4 different locations.
Special feature of this new building: there are no closed individual offices, even within the management. Designed before the health crisis, it makes it possible to meet the new needs of employees, three quarters of whom are working from home 2 to 3 days a week.
This site is equipped with a breastfeeding, micro-nap and gaming room, as well as several convivial outdoor spaces: terraces, patios, garden and pétanque court.
The more than 110 meeting rooms are equipped with video and sound equipment in order to be able to organize videoconferences easily.
A Digital Workplace solution, made up of sensors and an application system, has been put in place to manage the technical part of the building, but also to measure the occupancy rate of premises and meeting rooms.
All this makes it possible to better control consumption (the building has the HQE label) and to optimize the employee experience.
