Siteground

This project, which culminated in the installation of Siteground on the top floor, represented an exciting challenge that combined sensitivity to the original structure of the building with contemporary demands for design and functionality.

The process began with the conversion of the pre-existing residential space into a functional and aesthetically appealing working environment, while complying with current regulations and preserving the architectural essence of the building. The task involved adapting the floor plan to the new regulations, including upgrading the electrical and HVAC installations, as well as improving the waterproofing of the roof.

One of the highlights of the renovation was the meticulous attention paid to design details. The walls were clad in rustic handmade brick, bringing texture and character to the space, while the wooden beams were painted in Siteground's distinctive corporate color, creating a visual link between the company and its physical surroundings.

To ensure an acoustically comfortable environment, acoustic baffles were installed in the ceilings, contributing to a more productive and quiet working environment. In addition, a herringbone pattern was designed for the flooring, adding a touch of elegance and dynamism to the space.

The furniture chosen was neutral but versatile, offering the flexibility needed to establish a "Flex Office" environment, adapting to the changing needs of the company and encouraging collaboration and creativity among collaborators.

The integral management of the project, from planning to execution, was in charge of Kardham Gabiteco, who supervised each stage with meticulousness and professionalism. From budget management to cost control and moving coordination, ensuring that every aspect was carried out with precision and efficiency.
